These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the H3X platform and website provided by H3X Inc ("H3X," "we," "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. Use of the service
H3X provides a healthcare management platform for clinics and their patients. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
2. Accounts
Clinics and their authorized users may create accounts to use the platform. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. SMS / Text messaging
If you opt in, we send text messages about your care, such as appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and messages from your care team. Text messaging is optional and is not required to use H3X, create an account, book an appointment, or receive care.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Opting out does not affect your care or your ability to use H3X.
We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details, and our SMS opt-in page to manage text updates.
4. Health information
Health information processed through the platform on behalf of a clinic is handled under our Business Associate Agreement and applicable law, including HIPAA. H3X is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice; the services support, and do not replace, the clinical judgment of licensed professionals.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by H3X or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
